My entire professional life has been a balance between art, technology, and business, exploring the intersection between creativity and innovation to push the boundaries of every industry I engage with. From restoring classic films to developing artificial intelligence technology and designing product concepts, my approach has always been to go beyond the conventional, seeking to create impact and redefine experiences.

Philosophy and Vision

My work is guided by the pursuit of challenging the status quo and finding new ways to connect creativity with innovation. From film restoration to AI, and from creating perfumes to designing sensory experiences, every project I undertake aims to redefine the limits of what is possible.

Today, my focus is on continuing to explore new technologies, expanding the impact of my initiatives, and leaving a mark that transcends time. To me, the future is a blank canvas waiting to be painted with the boldest ideas.

Fiction, Storytelling, and Imagined Universes

Some ideas are best explored through research.

Others require fiction.

Rentero Universe is an independent initiative dedicated to the creation of fictional worlds, stories, characters, and intellectual properties that explore technology, consciousness, identity, memory, society, and the future.

Through novels, films, theater projects, and transmedia experiences, these stories examine the questions that emerge when humanity confronts change, innovation, belief, and the unknown.

Its current universes and projects include Deus Complex, Medea Ex Machina, Hard Core, and VIKTIM.

Stories are not an escape from reality.

They are a way of understanding it.

Human Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and the Future

My fascination with technology led me to see artificial intelligence not simply as a tool, but as one expression of a much broader question: how knowledge is created, how intelligence evolves, and how seemingly unrelated disciplines connect.

That exploration expanded beyond AI into human intelligence, systems thinking, education, strategic foresight, and intellectual property.

Today, these ideas take shape through Rentero Think Tank, my research initiative dedicated to creating interdisciplinary knowledge and transforming it into systems, methodologies, technologies, educational frameworks, and non-fiction intellectual property.

Some of its current research initiatives include:

  • Supercognitive: Research into next-generation cognitive architectures for artificial intelligence, exploring new paradigms beyond conventional AI.

  • Mens (Mens Humana Machinam Regit): A research and educational initiative exploring human intelligence, cognition, learning, critical thinking, grounding, and the evolving relationship between humans and intelligent machines.

  • Toio: A research and educational initiative exploring how humans learn, think, and create alongside intelligent machines.

  • Medusa: Research into autonomous, adaptive, and symbiotic artificial intelligence systems designed to learn, evolve, and operate beyond conventional AI paradigms.

  • Aimesis: A symbolic intelligence platform exploring narrative generation, virtual talent, artificial intelligence, and real-time content creation.

My goal is not simply to build better technologies.

It is to expand how humans understand, think, learn, create, and collaborate.

Devil Tempts You

Art should never be confined to a single medium. Guided by this philosophy, I created Devil Tempts You, a brand dedicated to crafting unique perfumes and unforgettable creations. Its first fragrance, Devil Tempts You | Eau de Parfum, transforms the sensory experience into something intense and unforgettable. It’s not a perfume: it’s pure pleasure.

Innovation in Film and Audiovisual Preservation

In 1996, I founded GOTIKA, a creative and innovation studio in the audiovisual field. Over the years, we pioneered milestones such as:

  • The first HD post-production in Latin America (2003).

  • The first Digital Intermediate in the region (2005).

  • The opening of the industrial restoration market in Asia (2010).

  • Plan Recuperar (2016-2022), where we restored over 100 contemporary Argentine classics, establishing a new large-scale restoration standard.

  • The application of AI in audiovisual content regeneration (2019).

GOTIKA has not only been a restoration company, but also an innovation lab that has preserved cinematic heritage while expanding the boundaries of technology applied to art.

In 2016, I co-created GOTIKA Foundation to ensure that GOTIKA's work endures over time. The Foundation's mission is to digitize and restore at-risk archives using cutting-edge technology and to create educational programs that foster the study and preservation of film and audiovisual media. Through partnerships with institutions, archives, and universities, the Foundation promotes access to historical materials, encourages research on their societal impact, and democratizes knowledge through public access platforms and cultural events.
